Section 32(1) in Tamil Nadu Agricultural University Act, 1971
(1)The Board shall appoint a Finance Committee consisting of the following members, namely:-(a)Vice-Chancellor;(b)Secretary to Government, Agriculture Department;(c)Secretary to Government, Finance Department;(d)One member chosen by the Board from amongst its non-official members; and(e)Comptroller.
