Section 67(1) in Ayush and Health Sciences University of Chhattisgarh Act, 2008
(1)Any member other than an ex-officio member of the Board of Management, the Academic Council, or any other University Authority or Committee or Dean of a Faculty may resign by a letter addressed to the Registrar and the resignation shall take effect as soon as letter is received by the Registrar.
