Section 108M in Jammu and Kashmir Panchayati Raj Rules, 1996
108M. Admission to Polling Stations.
- The Presiding Officer shall regulate admission of voters at the polling stations and shall exclude from it all other persons except -(i)Polling Officer, if any ;(ii)Police Officers and other public servants on duty ;(iii)Each candidate or his authorised agent ;(iv)A child in arms accompanying a voter ; and(v)The companions of blind or infirm voters who cannot move without help.
