3.0Irrigation & Agricultural Service (IAS)- Applicability - Applicable for supply of electrical energy for bonafide use for Agricultural purposes including Processing of Agricultural Produce, confined to Chaff-Cutter, Thrasher, Cane crusher and Rice Hauler when operated by the agriculturist in the field or farm and does not include rice mills, flour mills, oil mills, dal mills or expellers.
