25. Billing and Payment of charges.
(1)Bills shall be raised for the system operation charge and market operation charge on monthly basis by the CSPSOC in accordance with these regulations, and payments shall be made by the respective intra-State entities directly to the CSPSOC.(2)Persistent default in payment of SLDC fee and charges would be brought to the notice of the Commission.
