Section 3(2) in Haryana Council of Homoeopathic System of Medicine Staff Regulations, 1996
(2)The meeting of the Council shall be convened by the Chairman and shall be held at the Headquarter of the Council :Provided that the Chairman may, in public interest, hold the meeting at any place within the State of Haryana.
