Section 35(b) in The Assam Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1960
(b)All fire extinguishing appliances shall at all times be maintained in proper working order and available for instant use and all chemical fire-extinguishers shall be capable of withstanding a pressure of not less than 250 lbs. per squire inch.
