Section 10(1) in Gujarat State Council for Physiotherapy Rules, 2013
(1)The Returning Officer shall endorse on each nomination paper his decision whether the nomination paper has been accepted or rejected and in case the nomination paper has been rejected, he shall record in writing reasons thereof.
