122. Stages of Budget debate.
- The Budget shall be dealt with by the Assembly in two stages-(i)a general discussion ; and(ii)the voting of demands for grants.(2)[ There shall be an interval of minimum two days between the presentation of the Budget and general discussion.] [Inserted vide O.L.A.
