Section 19(2) in The Orissa Motor Vehicles Rules, 1993
(2)The weight shall be stated in Kilograms and the particulars shall be set forth in English letters and numerals each not less than two and half centimetres high and two and half centimetres wide legible painted on a plane surface or a plate or plates affixed to the vehicle.
