Section 187 in Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Rules, 1988
187. Conditions of service.
- The Registrar shall, taking into account the technological innovations, alterations and additions made to the plant and machinery, specify, from time to time, for each sugar mill, the following conditions of service with the approval of the Government, namely:-(i)Staff pattern;(ii)Qualifications for the various posts;(iii)Pay scales;(iv)Procedure for recruitment and promotion;(v)Disciplinary procedures;(vi)Various kinds of leave; and(vii)Such other conditions of service.
