Section 26A(1) in The M.P. Licensing Board (Electrical) Regulations, 1960
(1)A temporary licence for a specified work and for a period not exceeding six months may be issued on payment of prescribed fee to a contractor who holds-(a)a licence from any other State and is competent thereunder to carry out similar work in that State.(b)'A', 'B' Class licence for one revenue district and desires to undertake the work in another district.
