Section 13(1) in The Orissa Vigilance Group 'A' and Group 'B' Services (Method of Selection and Conditions of Deputation) Orders, 2004
(1)All vacancies in the post of Additional Superintendent of Police, Vigilance shall be filled up by deployment on deputation from among the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Vigilance appointed as per rules under Chapter IV of these orders.
