Section 78(1) in The Mizoram Autonomous District Council (Constitution and Conduct of Business of the District Councils) Rules, 1974
(1)As soon as may be after the notice of a motion under sub-rule (2) of Rule 75 has been received, the Chairman shall fix a date for the consideration of the motion by the District Council.On the day appointed for the consideration of the motion the member who has given notice of the motion shall move for the leave of the Council to introduce his Bill.
