Section 27(2) in Chhattisgarh Legal Metrology (Enforcement) Rules, 2011
(2)Legal Metrology Officer who has registered the offence shall not compound that offence :Provided that the Controller may authorize any Legal Metrology Officer for compounding the offence registered by him in certain cases.
