Section 9 in Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University Act, 2005
9. Authorities and officers of the University.
- The following shall be the authorities and officers of the University, namely :-(a)Authorities of the University -(i)Board;(ii)Academic Council;(iii)Board of Studies; and(iv)such other authorities, as may be declared by the statues to be the authorities of the University.(b)Officers of the University -(i)Chancellor;(ii)Vice-Chancellor;(iii)Dean of Post-graduate Studies;(iv)Dean of the College;(v)Director of Research;(vi)Director of Extension Education;(vii)Director of Students' Welfare-cum-Estate Officer;(viii)Registrar;(ix)Comptroller; and(x)such other persons in the service of the University, as may be declared by the statutes to be the officers of the University.
