Section 6(3)(c) in Protection of Plant Varieties and Farmers Rights (Community Award from the Gene Fund) Rules, 2018

(c)The community of farmers shortlisted for Community Award shall be required to deposit a specified quantity of seeds or propagating material with the Authority to be decided by it's Chairperson.
