Section 1 in Rajasthan Legislative Assembly Ex-Members and Family Pensioners (Medical Facilities) Rules, 2010
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called Rajasthan Legislative Assembly [Ex-Members] [Substituted by Notification No. F7 (1) Sansad/2012 dated June 14, 2012 w.e.f 1st April, 2012] and Family Pensioners (Medical Facilities) Rules, 2010.(2)They shall be deemed to have come into force on and from the 1st day of April, 2010.
