37. Terms of Office of the Chairperson, the Vice-Chairperson and Members of the West Bengal Clinical Establishment Regulatory Commission.
(1)The Chairperson, the Vice Chairperson and the members shall hold the office of the Commission during the pleasure of the State Government.(2)If a casual vacancy occurs in the Office of any of the members of the Commission, whether by reason of his death, resignation or inability to discharge his functions owing to illness or any other incapacity, such vacancy shall be filled up by the State Government by making a fresh appointment.
