Section 250(2) in The Tamil Nadu Building and other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2006
(2)The experts referred to in sub-rule (1) shall,-(a)possess a degree in the relevant field from a recognised University; and(b)possess not less than 10 years experience of working in the relevant field out of which at least five years in the field of occupational safety, health and environment.
