90. Amendment of Section 115.
- In Section 115 of the said Code, in Hindi version, -(a)in sub-section (1), for the words ^^Hkwfe/kj ;k xzke lHkk ls izkIr Hkwfe dks /k`r djus okys fdlh vlkeh dh Kkr mRrjkf/kdkj the words ^^Hkwfe/kj ;k xzke iapk;r ls izkIr Hkwfe dks /k`r djus okys fdlh vlkeh dh Kkr mRrjkf/kdkjh shall be substituted;(b)in sub-section (2), for the words ^^ds fucU/ku vkSj 'krsZ the words ^^dh fucU/ku vkSj 'krsZ shall be substituted;(c)in sub-section (4), for the words ^^vius vf/kdkj the word ^^vius vf/kdkjksa shall be substituted;(d)in sub-section (6), in clause (c), for the words ^^vfUre fuLrkj.k the word ^^vfUre [kkfjtk shall be substituted.
