Section 13(7) in Chhattisgarh Panchayat Samvida Shala Shikshak (Appointment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2004
(7)The headquarters of Samvida Shala Shikshaks appointed under these rules shall be that village where the school to which they have been appointed is located, and it shall be mandatory for Samvida Shala Shikshaks to reside at their headquarters, and in the event of not residing at their headquarters, the appointing authority may terminate their services.
