10. Miscellaneous.
(1)If any dispute arises with regard to the interpretation of any of the provisions of these Regulations, the matter may be referred to the Board and the decision of the Board on such matter shall be final.(2)The Board may at any time effect by order, published in the official gazette, appropriate modifications in these regulations to remove any difficulty in the proper implementation of any provision of these regulations.(3)The Board may issue guidelines, consistent with the Act to meet the objective of these regulations, as it may deem fit.
