Section 10(1) in Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Technical Standards and Specifications including Safety Standards for LPG Storage, Handling and Bottling Facilities) Regulations, 2019
(1)If any dispute arises with regard to the interpretation of any of the provisions of these Regulations, the matter may be referred to the Board and the decision of the Board on such matter shall be final.
