Section 9(2) in The Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Technical Standards and Specifications including Safety Standards for City or Local Natural Gas Distribution Networks) Regulations, 2008

(2)If any disputes arises with regards to the interpretation of any of the provisions of these regulations, the decision of the Board shall be final. Further, the Board may at any time effect appropriate modifications in these regulations.Appendix-IList of Critical Activities in CGD Network[See regulation 7(3) (i)]

9 Emergency Response Plan, Disaster Management Plan and writtenemergency procedures. Also, provide for an Emergency ControlRoom, manned round the clock and equipped with effectivecommunication system and emergency vehicles fitted withcommunication facilities, first aid equipment, fireextinguishers, gas detectors, repair kits and tools, maps, plans,material safety data sheets etc. at its disposal. 6 months To be implemented
