Section 62(e) in The Maharashtra Animal and Fishery Sciences University Act, 1998
(e)Any will, deed or other documents made before the appointed day which contains any bequest, gift, terms or trust in favour of the Veterinary, Dairy and Fisheries Colleges of the Krishi Vidyapeeths shall, on and from the appointed day, be constructed as if the University is named therein instead of the Krishi Vidyapeet;
