- Reservation in promotion to the Government Servants belonging to the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes shall be as under :-

(i)Where the fit list is to be prepared on the basis of seniority subject to fitness.

(ii)Where the fit list is to be prepared on the basis of merit-cum-seniority-

	For ScheduledCastes	For ScheduledTribes
