22. Power to make rules.
(1)The Government may, by notification in the Mizoram Gazette, make rules for carrying into effect the provisions of this Act.(2)Every rules made under this Act shall be laid, as soon as may be after it is made, before the Legislative Assembly of Mizoram while it is in session.
