Section 4(1) in Bihar Special Survey and Settlement Rules, 2012
(1)The Survey and Settlement Officer shall publish a proclamation in Form-1 addressed to the land holders/persons having any interest in the lands of the area under Special Survey and Settlement operation, directing them to demarcate their lands for the purpose of pointing out boundary marks of the land parcels.
