Section 12(i) in The Rajasthan Subordinate Co-Operative Service (Class II) Rules, 1955
(i)a High School Examination Certificate of the Rajasthan University or a Certificate of any other University or Board recognised as equivalent by the Commission for the purpose (or Hindi or Sanskrit qualification recognised by the Commission as equivalent to that of Matriculation), and
