30. Submission of programme of activities and financial estimates.
(1)The Nigam shall, before the commencement of each agricultural year, prepare a statement of programme of its activities for the forthcoming agricultural year as well as a financial estimate in respect thereof and obtain State Government's approval thereto atleast one month before the commencement of the agriculture year in which the programme is to be implemented.(2)The Nigam may, with the approval of the State Government, revise or modify the statement and estimates referred to in sub-section (1).
