Section 30(1) in The M.P. (Rajya) Bhumi Vikas Nigam Adhiniyam, 1976
(1)The Nigam shall, before the commencement of each agricultural year, prepare a statement of programme of its activities for the forthcoming agricultural year as well as a financial estimate in respect thereof and obtain State Government's approval thereto atleast one month before the commencement of the agriculture year in which the programme is to be implemented.
