40. Periodic Reviews.
(1)To ensure smooth implementation of the multi year tariff (MYT) framework, the Commission may undertake periodic reviews of generating company's performance during the control period, to address any practical issues, concerns or unexpected outcomes that may arise.(2)The Commission may also direct any modifications to the forecast of the generating company for the remainder of the control period, with detailed reasons for the same.
