Section 32(1) in The Bidhan Chandra Krishi (Viswavidyalaya) Act, 1974.
(1)In consultation with the appropriate officers of the University, the Vice-Chancellor shall take such steps as may be necessary for the full co-ordination of teaching, research, and extension activities of the University.
