Section 32 in The Bidhan Chandra Krishi (Viswavidyalaya) Act, 1974.
32. Co-ordination of functions. -
(1)In consultation with the appropriate officers of the University, the Vice-Chancellor shall take such steps as may be necessary for the full co-ordination of teaching, research, and extension activities of the University.(2)The University shall carry out its programme of research and extension education keeping in view the needs of the State and shall provide the appropriate technical support and consultative advice to the State Government in its activities in agricultural development.
