Section 11(5) in West Bengal Yoga and Naturopathic System of Medicine Rules, 2015
(5)Every person whose name has been entered in the Register shall be entitled to receive from the Registrar a certificate of registration in the form to be finalized by the council. Such certificate shall state the full name of the person registered, his/her address, the date of registration and the qualification in respect of which he/she has been registered in Form VI.
