Section 399(2) in The Naval Ceremonial, Conditions Of Service And Miscellaneous Regulations, 1964
(2)Officers on temporary service with the Indian Navy in accordance with the conditions set forth in Section N of this chapter shall not draw retaining fee during such periods of service.
