(2)All moneys received by the [Zilla Praja Parishad] [Substituted 'Zilla Parishad' by Act No. 41 of 2006, dated 23.9.2006.] shall be lodged in the nearest Government Treasury:[Provided that the amounts received as funds under the Jawahar Rozgar Yojana, Employment Assurance Scheme or other Wage Employment Schemes shall be lodged in nearby Nationalised Banks or Co-operative Banks or Post Offices in such manner as may be prescribed.] [Added by Section 4 of Act No. 16 of 1998.]
