Section 23 in Maharaja Bhupinder Singh Punjab Sports University Act, 2019

23. Finance Committee.

(1)The Finance Committee shall consist of the following members, namely:-
(i) the Vice Chancellor; - Chairperson
(ii) the Administrative Secretary to Governmentof Punjab, Department of Sports and Youth Services; - Vice-Chairperson
(iii) the Administrative Secretary to Governmentof Punjab, Department of Finance; and - Member
(iv) three non-official members as may beappointed by the Executive Council from amongst the personshaving expertise in the field of finance and administration.
(2)The powers and functions of the Finance Committee shall be such as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
