Section 1 in The Rajasthan Universities Teachers (Absorption of Temporary Lecturers) Act, 1979
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Rajasthan Universities Teachers (Absorption of Temporary Lecturers) Act, 1979.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Rajasthan.(3)Except section 10, which shall come into force at once, the other provisions of this Act shall be deemed to have come into force on the 8th day of June, 1978.
