22. Capabilities of holders of certificates.
(1)The certificate of proficiency as Boiler Operation Engineer shall qualify the holder thereof! to be incharge of a boiler or boilers of any type and size provided that the boilers are so situated that no one of them is distant more than 46 meters from any other of them.(2)The holder of certificate of proficiency as a Boiler Operation Engineer shall for all intents and purposes, be deemed to have fulfilled the requirements of Rule 3 of the Madhya Pradesh Boiler Attendants Rules, 1958.
