Section 2(79) in Tamil Nadu Combined Development and Building Rules, 2019
(79)"Non-Structural Component" means the components of buildings, which do not contribute to the structural strength or stability such as infill walls in Reinforced Cement Concrete frame buildings, glass panes, cladding's, parapet walls, chimneys etc;
