Section 5(2) in The Orissa Veterinary Practitioners Act, 1969
(2)The President may resign his office by writing under his hand addressing to the State Government and shall be deemed to have vacated office on such resignation being accepted by the State Government:Provided that the President shall on such vacation of office, also be deemed to have ceased to be a member of the Council.
