159. Term of agreement in favour of lift irrigation society.
- The agreement referred to in sub-section (1) of section 106 shall, in addition to the matters mentioned in that sub-section, specify-(i)the crop or crops that may be raised on the agriculture and rural; and (ii) the method of cultivation that may be adopted.
