Section 51(2) in M.P. Industrial Disputes Rules, 1957
(2)The Committee shall elect the Chairman and the Vice-Chairman :Provided that where the Chairman is elected from amongst the representatives of the employers, the Vice-Chairman shall be elected from amongst the representatives of workmen and vice versa :Provided further that the post of the Chairman or the Vice-Chairman, as the case may be, shall not be held by a representative of the employer or the workmen, for two consecutive terms.
