29. Protection of water channels against demolition etc.
- If any person demolishes, alters, enlarge, obstructs or encroaches upon a water channel or field channel or causes any damage thereto, the Assistant Executive Engineer shall take immediate steps for restoration of the same to its original condition in accordance with the provisions of section 38 of the Act.
