Section 1 in The Delhi Electricity Reform Act, 2000
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)These Regulations may be called the Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (Intra-state Electricity Trader) Regulations, 2005.(2)These Regulations shall apply to any person undertaking intra-state trading of electricity in the National Capital Territory of Delhi.(3)These Regulations shall come into force from the date of their publication in the official gazette.
