34. Power to remove doubts and difficulties -
(1)In case of any repugnancy between the provisions of G.O.MS. No. 80, of Finance (PMU-CASPS, FC&IF) Department, dated 27-08-2020 and the provisions of this Act, the provisions of this Act shall prevail.(2)If any doubt or difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may by order make provisions or give such directions not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as may appear to it to be necessary or expedient for the removal of the doubt or difficulty.
