State of Andhra Pradesh - Subsection

Section 34(1) in THE ANDHRA PRADESH STATE DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION ACT, 2020

(1)In case of any repugnancy between the provisions of G.O.MS. No. 80, of Finance (PMU-CASPS, FC&IF) Department, dated 27-08-2020 and the provisions of this Act, the provisions of this Act shall prevail.
