Section 277 in Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994
277. Amendment of Act 9 of 1989.
- In the Andhra Pradesh State Audit Act, 1989 (Act 9 of 1989), in Section 2, for clauses (c) and (d), the following clause shall be substituted, namely:-"(c) a Gram Panchayat, a township, a [Mandal Praja Parishad] [Substituted 'Mandal Parishad' by Act No. 41 of 2006, dated 23.9.2006.] or a [Zilla Praja Parishad] [Substituted 'Zilla Parishad' by Act No. 41 of 2006, dated 23.9.2006.] constituted under the Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994."
